Chef Johnny Hernandez is one of San Antonio’s most celebrated culinary entrepreneurs, known for his deep passion for Mexican culture and cuisine. His latest venture, Casa Hernán Alta Cocina in Southtown, is his self-described “signature restaurant” — an elevated dining experience he calls the most unique interior Mexican food experience in San Antonio.
